The theme of the evening depends on the date. New moons are for new beginnings which bring us to reflexion and manifesting. You will be guided to connect to the topics of the new moon and reflect, journal, meditate and manifest.
In the second part of the evening Ann-Sophie will introduce you to Reiki and give you an experience of the beautiful japanese energy healing technique. Be ready to receive and relax.

ABOUT
Ann-Sophie Bünting is a German full-time Reiki master teacher, author and entrepreneur who moved to the Canary Islands in 2020. Since then she works remotely and gives Reiki online courses for german speaking students from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Her vision is to build a bridge for those who are new to spirituality and seek for easy and undogmatic answers. Furthermore it is her goal to create connections between like minded people who are looking for community.
Since 2024 Ann-Sophie hosts Woman Retreats in Sri Lanka and Greece with her friend Alexandra in German. She carries the experiences in her heart and likes to create safe spaces for woman also in Las Palmas.
